New to Woodson?
New to Woodson?
You could be wondering what a regular Sunday looks like for those of us here at Woodson. Our main goal on Sundays is to discover more of who Jesus is through the studying of his word.
It does not matter what walk of life you come from or what you are going through, know that you are welcome here.
We get together to learn about what Jesus did for us, how we can be saved, and how we can live day to day. We are here to answer your questions about God. Our desire is that our church is a place that you can learn about hope, forgiveness, grace, and love that we receive from God through Jesus.
Sundays
(Sundays 9:30a.m.-10:30a.m.)
We have Sunday School in the morning, and then a general session which we call our service.
Our kids groups are from ages 3-16 right now. Currently divided into two separate Sunday schools.
There are two Sunday School sessions for adults too. One in English and one in Spanish.
(Sundays 10:45a.m.-12p.m.)
During our service, we sing about 6 songs, have a time of prayer, a time of giving and then a message from our pastor.
(Sundays 6 p.m.)
In the evening we have a more informal discussion over the Bible.
Wednesdays
(Wednesdays at 7)
We get together to read a small passage in the bible and pray for the people of our church.
This is what we do, we would love for you to join us.
